GEM is a home bakery operated by yours truly, Erin Waddell
GEM Home Bakery is a representation of three generations. G represents Gloria, my mother, I put the E in GEM :), and M represents Gladys Marie, my grandmother. For generations my family has been expressing love for one another through food. We are excited to share some family favorites, old and new!
